Music Therapy: My younger (15 yr old) sister, Liana an amazing cellist and aspiring raw foodist performed with several other talented young musician's at the New England Music Festival in Bennington, VT.
Sistas Spa Night: I purposely booked us a hotel that had an attached spa facility. It was such a treat to be saunaing and soaking in an outdoor hot tub with my slinkin' sistas.
Laugh Therapy: After getting totally relaxed at the spa, we flipped on the tube, something none of us do often, and laughed our brains out watching that classic Bette Midler film "Big Business." I haven't seen that film since I was 10 and it was even funnier the second time around. A classic must see!

Leaving the city, even for 24 hours was EXACTLY what I needed. I have not been out of this concrete jungle since Xmas and I think my body was literally screaming for me to get OUT! I could not stop taking deep breathes. The air was moist and sweet in that way that fresh snow smells....yum, I could have eaten it.

Being with my sisters was also incredibly healing. I hope this is just the first of MANY impromptu girls weekends. Both of them are so wise and inspiring my heart and soul. I love how we are all fully coming into our own as adults and can support each other through the thick and thin of life's challenges.

Ahhhh....Vermont+SisterLove=Bliss
