Natural Calm: 1 heaping Tbsp mixed with 20 oz water. So great to calm the nerves at the end of the day and get your bowels flowing in the morning. This is a calcium/Mag supplement that also keeps you regular. Highly recommend it!

Speaking of cravings, I have been cooking for Michael these past two nights and have had such a blast! Before JFing I had a habit of nibbling the entire time I cooked, so by the time the food was done I would be full and didn't need to eat any more, but of course I do and then feel completely overstuffed. So, I was not sure how cooking would feel JFing. I am proud to report that there was no desire what so ever, and Michael claims that I spiced and salted everything perfectly!
Really, ever since going raw, I have missed cooking so much -- I just love the whole process of cooking-- from creating the menu, shopping for the ingredients, prepping (ok, well a prep cook would be nice!) and then of course the actually making of the dish and garnishing it. Of course, I can do this while being raw to a certain extent, but nothing beats creating an amazing meal on an open flame. You just can't quit recreated the same experience with a blender, food processor and dehydrator.
Also, cooking these past two days has been so therapeutic for my relationship. Making food for Michael makes me feel more connected to him, and being by the warmth of the stove has melted away the icy chills that I have felt so intensely while juicing. Even though I didn't taste the food I made, I ate it all up with my eyes and my nose, which satisfied me though and through. Who needs to eat when you can smell things? You get all the benefits without the side effects this way! Hey, is that Pizza smell coming from Apt 12?? ;)

WoW you posted Fast!! Yey for Natural Calm!!! Wow Day 18 only 12 days to go. You are already well over half the way there. Now it's just smooth sailing, riding the wave till you get to your destination. You won't stop now because you've already come to far!! I'm so proud of you and very impressed you are able to excerscise so vigorously! Thanks for all your encouraging posts!! Lets get a juice again reall soon!
