Juice Feast: Day 4
Sleep: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.-- getting out of bed was much easier today, but still waiting for the "I sprung out of bed today" experience.

Colonic, self administrated: my cecum poured and poured and poured.....yes fine people, my colonics are officially pretty again! They got kind of ugly when I was "bulking up" and not eating the best foods for me. I know it must be hard to imagine that there are pretty colonics, but trust me the nicer the foods are going in, the nicer it all looks coming out!
Sun Kissed: None today...cloudy and rainy :(
Walk: 4.5 miles total and no lightheadedness today!
I am so proud of myself I got in 5.5 L of juice, 48 oz of water and 32 oz of coconut water in me today! WOW, that is a lot of liquids--no wonder I felt so good today!
Juicy Ben gave me a great tip to help with hunger and food cravings --add a bit salt to your juices. I swear it worked! Not only did I feel more balanced over all and less up and down, but my juices tasted so much better and went down the hatch so easily. Thank you Ben (and Katrina for telling Ben)! :)
So the most excited news of the day is that I had a massive BM (2 feet) on my own this morning before my colonic. I couldn't believe it! I wish I knew what made it come out, but let's hope they keep coming.
I feel like my body is finally relaxing into the idea of me just drinking juices and nothing else. Everything moved seamlessly together today and I felt very grounded and in my skin.
I found myself every so often feeling a little bored and then immediately thinking about food and desiring to eat something. Interesting observation...of course this impulsed passed quickly, but the action of mindlessly munching when I am not actually hungry is definitely a pattern I want to shift.
The next two days are going to be more challenging in terms of making juice, because I have a yoga class in the morning I really want to get to and clients starting early on Thursday. But, I am determined to keep consuming more and more each day to keep my weight and mind stable.
Juice On!

Hey Juicy Lady!
That's a lotta juice, girl!
Great going....
The salt thing is great.
I was loving my juices at the end when I started adding the smoky paprika to all of the savory ones. A good juice goes down so nice!
That's so awesome that you can do your own colonics! What a trip!
xx
Thanks Carrie!
Yes, it's hard to imagine, but I administer the colonic entirely with my FEET! Some days I think I should join the circus! haha
Finally making it to yoga today! Hard to find enough hours to fit everything in, plus sleep!
xx
I don't think we ever mastered the sleep thing during the feast. Even when we are not feasting it is a challenge. Amazing! There are just too many things to do!
Juice on girl,
B
LOL! Just when I was thinking "you can administer your own colonics?". Feet? Whoa! :)
Way to go!!! :) I think this reminds me, I have to book another colonic soon.
I love that picture by the way!!! :) Cuuuuuuute!
